shipping:
we aim to dispatch orders the next business day, however, some orders may take up to 2-3 business days to ship. this time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes. all orders ship via nz post from our warehouse in central auckland.
worldwide shipping:
orders shipping internationally to countries in asia may incur customers duties and taxes which are required to be paid by the customer prior to final delivery. all customs duties and taxes are enforced by local governments and are in no way connected to, imposed or controlled by knackered or the shipping providers.
new zealand shipping details:
free shipping: for orders within new zealand $150.00 and over.
standard/ via nz post: $7.40 for orders under $150.00.
1-2 day targeted delivery within metro areas.
1-3 day targeted delivery for rural areas.
during public holidays and weekends, parcels are sent the next available working/business day.
there may be delays in receiving parcels during public holidays.
parcels sent on fridays are delivered on monday. there no saturday deliveries.
australia shipping details:
standard/ via nz post: $16.00
4-10 working days, via nz post.
rest of world:
6-12 working days, via nz post.
standard/ via nz post: $45.00
tracking your order
all orders dispatched receive a shipping confirmation email with an nz post tracking number to see the status of the delivery. all parcels can be tracked unless otherwise stated.

return & exchange policy
if you would like to exchange the size from the one you have ordered, please contact knackeredclothing@gmail.com. please note if we do not have your size in stock on the website, we are unable to exchange for the size you desire. all size exchanges must be within 7 days of the customer receiving the item, and will be examined by knackered. all discounted item purchases are final, and cannot be exchanged.
knackered does not cover the cost of returning these items, the customer will be provided an invoice covering the cost of the return, which you will be prompted to pay for. alternatively, you can choose your own courier to ship it back to us. please keep in mind, knackered does not assume any responsibility if you choose your own courier, if the parcel is lost or does not arrive to us.
for international size exchanges, the customer will be prompted to choose their own courier to ship it back to us, and to cover the cost of this. knackered does not assume any responsibility if the parcel is lost or does not arrive to us, via the customer’s choice of courier.
faulty & incorrect items
if you have received a damaged or inaccurate item, please contact knackeredclothing@gmail.com along with supporting photographs. knackered will examine all returned items and verify if they are defective. please note that items that have already been worn over a period of time are not deemed defective. once we receive your email and supporting photographs, we will assess the situation and decide on the appropriate course of action.
