please note that all items on “sale” are final, and we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns on these items.

faulty & incorrect items

if you have received a damaged or inaccurate item, please contact knackeredclothing@gmail.com along with supporting photographs. knackered will examine all returned items and verify if they are defective. please note that items that have already been worn are not deemed defective. once we receive your email and supporting photographs, we will assess the situation and decide on the appropriate course of action.
